Quina Terms of service

I’m not a lawyer. But I’m also not trying to do anything except have fun building a game which, hopefully, you enjoy playing. So here's a plain English, human-readable terms of use.

This game is yours to play and enjoy, but not to redistribute in any way. You don’t get to sell it, steal it, repackage it, take credit for it, or use it for something bad (and if we somehow disagree on what that means, my definition wins).

To the extent that Quina uses third-party vendors and where applicable (currently including but not limited to Plausible for anonymous analytics, and Netlify for hosting), their terms of service and privacy policies apply.

By playing or using Quina in any way, you implicitly agree to these terms.
